The “Ferguson Effect” (Part 1)

This is for SOME considered sexy NOW Days, and the normal folks are rolling in laughter and are suffering serious disgust, there is a huge problem in America…Are WE now the joke of the rest of the world now ? It seems that we are….This society is in very rapid DECLINE.

Exhibitionism is the act of exposing in a public or semi-public context those parts of one’s body that are not normally exposed – for example, the breasts, genitals or buttocks. The practice may arise from a desire or compulsion to expose themselves in such a manner to groups of friends or acquaintances, or to strangers for their amusement or sexual satisfaction or to shock the bystander.

In law, the act of exhibitionism may be called indecent exposure, exposing one’s person, or other expressions.

Narcissism is a concept in psychoanalytic theory, which was introduced in Sigmund Freud‘s essay On Narcissism (1914). The American Psychiatric Association has had the classification narcissistic personality disorder in its Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) since 1968, drawing on the historical concept of megalomania.

Narcissism is also considered a social or cultural problem. It is a factor in trait theory used in some self-report inventories of personality such as the Millon Clinical Multiaxial Inventory. It is one of the three dark triadic personality traits (the others being psychopathy and Machiavellianism).

Except in the sense of primary narcissism or healthy self-love, narcissism is usually considered a problem in a person’s or group’s relationships with self and others. Narcissism is not the same as egocentrism.

A person with an antisocial personality disorder, exhibiting antisocial behavior that usually is the result of social and environmental factors in the person’s early life.

When political leaders condone violent destructive protests and order police officers to “stand down”, promote violence and criminal lifestyles and reward them with lifetime welfare programs, stir the racial pot, continue to push an agenda for gun control,  disregard laws and the constitution, ignore border and immigration laws, promote the fast release of incarcerated criminals, fail to utilize the justice system properly, fail to make minors accountable for their lawlessness and choices and target police over and over, it is very easy to see the results is it not ? There is nothing to “guess” about. Let’s look at a few things, as there is no reason to wonder why this is happening. The normal, average, law abiding people can figure it out thisfast…

Anarchy is the condition of a society, entity, group of people or a single person which does not recognize authority. It originally meant leaderlessness, but in 1840, Pierre-Joseph Proudhon adopted the term in his treatise What Is Property? to refer to a new political philosophy, anarchism, which advocates stateless societies based on voluntary associations.

The word anarchy comes from the ancient Greek ἀναρχία (anarchia), which combines (a), “not, without” and ἀρχή (arkhi), “ruler, leader, authority.” Thus, the term refers to a person or society “without rulers” or “without leaders”.

The German philosopher Immanuel Kant treated anarchy in his Anthropology from a Pragmatic Point of View as consisting of “Law and Freedom without Force”. Thus, for Kant, anarchy falls short of being a true civil state because the law is only an “empty recommendation” if force is not included to make this law efficacious. For there to be such a state, force must be included while law and freedom are maintained, a state which Kant calls republic.

As summary Kant named four kinds of government:

  1. Law and freedom without force (anarchy).
  2. Law and force without freedom (despotism).
  3. Force without freedom and law (barbarism).
  4. Force with freedom and law (republic).

The police superintendent in Chicago, Garry McCarthy, said he thought an abundance of guns was a major factor in his city’s homicide spike. Even as officials in both parties are calling for reducing the prison population, he insisted that gun offenders should face stiffer penalties.

“Across the country, we’ve all found it’s not the individual who never committed a crime before suddenly killing somebody,” Mr. McCarthy said on Monday. “It’s the repeat offenders. It’s the same people over and over again.”

Among some experts and rank-and-file officers, the notion that less aggressive policing has emboldened criminals — known as the “Ferguson effect” in some circles — is a popular theory for the uptick in violence.

“The equilibrium has changed between police and offenders,” said Alfred Blumstein, a professor and a criminologist at Heinz College, Carnegie Mellon University.

Now THIS would really quickly further that gun grab thing that seems to be happening non stop now at rapid speed would it not ? How CONVENIENT…

Defendants who do not possess sufficient “competence” are usually excluded from criminal prosecution….

Just the usual gypsys, tramps and thieves…American leadership is morally ashes and we the citizens are now financially bankrupt. This is NOT change we can believe in. JUST NOPE.

This is perfect in so many ways. People seek free money from people who promise free money in exchange for votes. They get the votes. But when it comes to doling out the free money, well, they’re a little short of money and they have a little problem passing the budget that would give them the legal authority to distribute it anyway.

But not to worry, Illinois lottery winners! Not for no reason did you put all your hopes for a brighter future on a crapshoot. The State of Illinois has something for you all right. Enjoy your big fat IOU:
