Meanwhile, a key witness who had been cooperating with federal investigators was later found fatally shot in front of a Washington, D.C., church. A police officer found the body of Lt. Quarles Harris Jr., 24, slumped dead inside his car.

At the time, investigators said they didn’t have any information connecting the murder to the passport case. After one year of investigation of the homicide, there have been no arrests.

The passport has not been released.

Lt. Quarles Harris Jr., 24, who had been cooperating with a federal investigators, was found late Thursday night slumped dead inside a car, in front of the Judah House Praise Baptist Church in Northeast, said Cmdr. Michael Anzallo, head of the department’s Criminal Investigations Division.

CGI, the designer of the Obamacare website and computer system, is the parent company of Stanley, Inc., whose employees (2) along with an employee of Analyst Corp, were investigated for the State Department passport breaches involving said passports of Hillary Clinton, John McCain, and Barrack Obama.

The Analyst Corp employee, one Leiutenant (his name, not rank) Quarles Harris, was reprimanded but not fired. Analyst Corp is a small company of approximately 100 employees at that time. It’s CEO was at that time John Brennan, now Director of the CIA.

As an side note, Leiutenant Quarles Harris was murdered in DC in 2008.

Though Brennan’s connection to CGI are tenuous at best, it is strengthened by the fact that the Stanley Inc co-conspirator Analyst Corp (in the passport breach matter) was a tiny company.

Did Brennan have direct knowledge of the breach?

“A MAN staying at the Mira Hotel in Hong Kong under PRISM whistleblower Edward Snowden’s name has reportedly checked out.
The Wall Street Journal reports an American named Edward Snowden checked in to the Mira Hotel in a waterfront area of Hong Kong on June 1, staying for more than a week before checking out yesterday afternoon.

The man, reached in a room booked under Snowden’s name, said he was not the person reporters were looking for and then hung up. Hotel reception then said the room was no longer receiving calls and, a few minutes later, that Mr Snowden had checked out.

Canada’s biggest computer services company, the CGI Group, will buy a smaller rival, Cognicase Inc., after raising its offer to 281 million Canadian dollars, or $180 million.
